Legal Counsel IP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel IP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage global IP strategy, including registration, protection, and licensing
• Provide legal advice on licensing, intellectual property, and commercial matters
• Engage outside counsel, anticipate legal developments, and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified to practice law in the UK or other leading common law jurisdiction
• 6-10 years PQE corporate in-house counsel experience preferred
• Proven track record in advising on IP and commercial matters
• Strong business judgment and ability to manage complex projects independently
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
