Legal Counsel Member

Job Summary

A company in the financial industry is looking for a Legal Counsel Member.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance and advice on tech-related financial regulation and crypto matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory and policy issues related to the crypto industry and blockchain technology
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements related to corporate, litigation, and regulatory matters, with a focus on tech-related matters

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience as a lawyer with a focus on financial regulation or regulatory matters, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto industry
• U.S. law license required
• Familiarity with tech-related litigation and dispute resolution processes related to financial services and crypto matters a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical legal advice on tech-related matters
