Key Responsibilities

• Assist with legal inquiries and take the lead on client requests

• Associate's Degree preferred
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for client engagement
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
