Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall client satisfaction and success with DMS and Drafting Solutions projects
- Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for client adoption and retention strategies
- Coordinate with technical support and internal teams to resolve client issues and advocate for product improvements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Legal or technology-related background is beneficial
