Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Customer Success Consultant for Large Law Firms (JD Preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall client satisfaction and success with DMS and Drafting Solutions projects
• Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for client adoption and retention strategies
• Coordinate with technical support and internal teams to resolve client issues and advocate for product improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or client services
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Legal or technology-related background is beneficial
