Legal Data Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To support critical risk management functions, the remote Legal Data Quality Specialist will validate data accuracy, resolve inconsistencies, and facilitate communication across departments during a 3-to-6-month contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update data for open clients and matters to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
• Perform quality control checks on new business intake data and communicate with partners to gather missing information
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues within new business forms while collaborating with internal teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in quality control, data management, or risk compliance in a relevant professional environment
• Strong proficiency with data management tools, preferably with experience in InTapp or similar legal intake software
• Demonstrated ability to identify data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred
