Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and representation on compliance, governance, and other legal matters
Lead enterprise risk management and track risk and compliance inquiries
Manage relationships with outside counsel and support global operations

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with active bar membership
Minimum of ten years' legal experience in U.S. corporate and/or contract law
Expertise in compliance, enterprise risk management, and employment law
Experience advising senior management of international organizations
Demonstrated ability to communicate legal concepts effectively to non-lawyers
