Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Director to lead its legal function worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• $1M)
• Manage compliance requirements across U.S., EU, and APAC
• Partner with Product to co-design data product terms and conditions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive legal experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within SaaS or high-tech companies
• Proven track record negotiating high-value SaaS/infra contracts and cloud hyperscaler agreements
• Deep knowledge of global compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and experience managing cross-border compliance
• Experience managing distributed global legal teams and implementing operational systems
• Active Bar membership
