Legal Director or Senior Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director or Senior Director, Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product counseling, litigation, employment, and other key functions
• Provide nimble, practical advice to product, engineering, and operations teams
• Work closely with product, comms, and marketing teams on external facing proactive and reactive communications

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of legal experience, with meaningful product counseling, regulatory, and litigation experience
• Extensive experience counseling non-lawyer clients in the crypto/blockchain industry or at a fast-paced consumer technology company
• Expertise in blockchain, NFT, marketplace, or platform liability issues
• Juris doctor from accredited law school
• Member of a US state bar in good standing
