Legal Document Automation Developer
Job Summary
Supporting a nationally recognized law firm, the remote Legal Document Automation Developer will develop, maintain, and optimize automated legal document solutions while collaborating with attorneys and technology teams to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated legal document templates using document automation platforms
- Configure complex document logic, workflows, and data-driven automation processes
- Troubleshoot existing document automation tools and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with document automation platforms such as Contract Express, HotDocs, or Document Drafter
- Strong technical skills in creating automated templates, workflows, and business logic
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate while maintaining excellent organization
- Prior experience within a law firm, legal operations team, or legal technology environment is highly preferred
