Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze employment law developments to update and create content
• Write, edit, and update materials on legislation and best practices
• Support content strategy by identifying gaps and proposing new content aligned with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent legal experience; senior-level HR certification preferred
• Editorial experience in legal publishing, compensation, or human resources preferred
• Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research
• Experience with content management systems and project management software
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead small teams
