Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Engineer, Transactional.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run evaluations to measure the quality of AI-generated legal outputs
• Review and validate product outputs for accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with engineering and GTM teams to identify performance gaps and develop solutions

Required Qualifications

• Law degree with 3+ years of corporate-commercial/transactional legal experience
• Deep familiarity with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Experience using generative AI for legal work
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Technologically curious with an aptitude for learning new tools and skills
