A company is looking for a CLM Legal Engineer specializing in AI and Generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or a related field; JD or Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience with CLM solutions, particularly in legal engineering or CLM implementation roles
• Proven expertise in implementing AI/GenAI capabilities within CLM systems
• Strong experience in configuring CLM platforms and familiarity with AI/ML concepts
• Experience with data models, contract clause taxonomy, and metadata tagging
