Legal Entity Management Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Diligent legal entity management platform and iManage document management system, the full-time remote Legal Entity Management Product Manager will ensure system reliability, gather requirements for enhancements, and partner with engineering teams to drive integrations and improvements across legal and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and user management for Diligent and iManage, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Act as the primary product owner, gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and driving adoption across cross-functional teams
• Monitor integration health, identify data quality issues, and communicate effectively with engineering teams for resolution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a systems analyst, product owner, or legal operations role within real estate or investment management
• Hands-on experience with legal entity management platforms like Diligent Entities or similar systems
• Strong understanding of legal entity structures and corporate governance in a large organization
• Proven ability to improve platform products and connect them to business outcomes
• Familiarity with integration data flows and the ability to communicate technical issues to engineering teams
