Key responsibilities

- Identify gaps in reasoning and ambiguous language while documenting findings

Required qualifications
- Professional experience in legal practice, in-house advisory, or legal research
- Experience working with U.S., UK, Canadian, or other common-law legal systems
- Ability to analyze legal documents and translate complex issues into clear guidance
- Broad legal knowledge with comfort reviewing material across multiple specialties
- Experience with legal editing or quality review across multiple jurisdictions is a plus
