Legal Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Finance Manager, Global Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budget planning and analysis, including building financial models for the global legal organization
• Manage the legal budget and provide updates and tracking data, including recoveries
• Drive variance analysis against budgets to identify risks and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5 years' experience in Finance required
• 5 years' experience in a Law Firm or In-House Legal Department preferred
• Experience handling internal financial reporting of large and complex budgets for Global Legal
• Background in Legal Operations or Finance is highly preferred
• Remote flexibility with a preference for East Coast location in the United States
