Legal Fund Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the operational engine of venture funds, the full-time Forward Deployed Fund Operator will manage fund operations including onboarding, deal execution, and reporting, while working remotely from Eastern Europe, South America, or the Philippines.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process and KYC for new limited partners (LPs), ensuring timely completion
• Oversee deal execution by coordinating document collection, reviewing transaction agreements, and facilitating signatures and fund transfers
• Provide proactive updates and support to general partners (GPs), maintaining clear communication and status tracking for ongoing operations

Required qualifications:

• Legal background with a law degree or equivalent legal training, comfortable with transaction documents such as LPAs and subscription agreements
• Demonstrated experience in operational roles within startups or venture funds
• Strong ownership and responsiveness to client needs, with a focus on closing loops quickly
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines, prioritizing precision
• Fluency in written and spoken English; German language skills and familiarity with EU or US fund structures are advantageous
