Legal Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support the onboarding and implementation of legal technology solutions, the remote Legal Implementation Consultant will guide customers through successful adoption, develop training programs, and optimize solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through successful onboarding and implementation of Eve's solutions
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for effective product utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met and feedback is incorporated

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or success roles
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Exceptional presentation skills for both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical capabilities for designing and delivering solutions
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to drive customer success
