Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Legal Intake Specialist (Call Center).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through detailed call handling, scheduling appointments, and answering FAQs
  • Handle approximately 90-120 calls per day for various law firms, ensuring each call is unique and addressed appropriately
  • Collaborate with team members via chat to maintain a supportive work environment
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service or telephone experience preferred
  • Must reside in AZ, NV, PA, TX, or UT
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
  • Access to a quiet home office and a wired Ethernet connection with a static IP address
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 5am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday
