Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Intake and Sales Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary intake contact for new clients, handling inbound calls and assessing financial situations
• Explain bankruptcy options clearly and convert qualified prospects into signed clients during initial calls
• Conduct follow-up calls with warm leads and document all conversations accurately in the firm's systems

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in legal intake, sales, client conversion, or high-volume phone-based roles
• Strong preference for candidates with bankruptcy law experience (Chapter 7 / Chapter 13 familiarity)
• Proven ability to handle inbound calls and guide prospects toward decisions
• Experience conducting structured follow-ups and nurturing warm leads
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
