Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage client inquiries and provide support in the legal intake process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and digital leads from potential clients
- Screen calls to ensure potential cases meet qualifying criteria and document essential client information
- Identify opportunities for process improvements while adhering to quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a legal intake call center or customer service call center
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management
- Experience with CRM and case management software is desired; Salesforce preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client service
