Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage client inquiries and provide support in the legal intake process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and digital leads from potential clients
  • Screen calls to ensure potential cases meet qualifying criteria and document essential client information
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements while adhering to quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a legal intake call center or customer service call center
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management
  • Experience with CRM and case management software is desired; Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client service
