Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant - Legal Invoice Review Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance testing and review of legal invoices, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines
• Resolve law firm appeals regarding adjusted invoice amounts with professionalism and legal expertise
• Support management in documenting performance metrics and collaborate with audit and appeals teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school or similar program preferred
• 3+ years of related work experience
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and multijurisdictional exposure preferred
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn auditing software
