Job Summary
Seeking an innovative and operationally sophisticated Legal Knowledge Engineer, this full-time remote position will translate legal reasoning and workflows into scalable AI-enabled systems while collaborating with attorneys and product teams to enhance legal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate legal reasoning, workflows, and procedural requirements into structured AI-enabled systems
- Design decision trees, escalation frameworks, and workflow logic for family law processes
- Collaborate with attorneys and operational teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD), paralegal certification, or equivalent practical legal workflow experience
- 3+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or related fields
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and operational process design
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into structured workflows and operational logic
