Job Summary
To support AI model development, the full-time Legal Knowledge Expert will guide research teams, create annotation guidelines, and evaluate data quality while working remotely for a temporary duration of 7 months.
Key responsibilities
- Guide research teams to improve AI model performance and close knowledge gaps in the legal domain
- Create and maintain high-quality annotation guidelines tailored to specific legal sub-domains
- Evaluate and grade vendor-produced annotations, providing feedback to enhance quality
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- 10+ years of professional experience in the Legal and Government space
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python or another programming language
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code
- Exceptional analytical abilities to evaluate annotation quality and identify trends
