Legal Knowledge Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Legal Knowledge & Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy for the legal department
• Build and optimize a centralized knowledge repository for litigation and IP resources
• Analyze document repositories and develop data/process maps to enhance workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in legal knowledge management or legal operations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, Computer Science, Law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Familiarity with legal processes in Litigation and Intellectual Property
• Hands-on proficiency with enterprise collaboration tools and programming skills (Python preferred)
