Legal Network Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Network Specialist to grow and manage its Referral Attorney network.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard forward-thinking attorneys to expand the Referral Network
• Analyze data to identify high-performing referral attorneys and promote them to Provider Firm status
• Develop and modernize credentialing processes and support the onboarding of new referral attorneys

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
• 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, relationship management, or business development, preferably within the legal sector
• Strong analytical skills for leveraging data to identify network gaps and opportunities
• Familiarity with attorney compliance, licensing verification, and credentialing processes
• Experience in process improvement and implementing solutions for inefficiencies
