Legal Operations Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Advisor (Fractional Chief Executive Officer) to empower small law firm owners in building their businesses and achieving up to 7 figures of revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual coaching to assigned client load of up to 30 attorneys, including strategic check-in calls
• Respond to client phone calls and emails within 24 hours on weekdays
• Review and participate in client discussion forums, as well as lead/facilitate/participate in group conference calls/webinars

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (MBA strongly preferred)
• Prior experience with start-up, management, and growth of a small business, preferably a small law firm
• Experience systemizing a business in terms of Marketing, Sales, Production, People, Physical Plant, Metrics, and Money
• Extensive experience managing P&L for an organization
• Demonstrated ability to help others accomplish what they want to achieve
