Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration, including workflows, NDA requests, and renewals
- Assist with litigation management, including legal holds, insurance claims, and budget tracking
- Prepare monthly reports of key legal team metrics across various practice areas
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree and relevant work experience
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated program and/or project management experience
- Proficient with technology applications
- Creativity and flexibility in completing challenging projects
