Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst for a 2-month contract with a strong background in Ironclad.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deal flow and execution by collaborating with commercial counsel and sales staff
• Implement process changes and make recommendations through program management experience
• Build workflows and troubleshoot issues using Ironclad, along with light document review

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad
• Experience in contracting and legal support functions
• Familiarity with program management practices
• Ability to review NDAs and light commercial agreements
