• Develop and maintain preferred firm matrix and monitor vendor performance metrics
• Manage and report on key metrics related to legal operations budget and forecasting
• Support onboarding, training, and knowledge management activities within the team

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 4 years of related experience
• Analytical mindset with a creative and innovative approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong organizational and time management skills
