Legal Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst to support the legal and contracts team by managing contract intake and improving legal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage intake of various commercial contracts and maintain tracking systems for visibility
• Generate initial drafts of contracts and review them for accuracy and compliance
• Serve as a liaison between Legal and internal teams to enhance workflow coordination

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Ironclad or similar legal technology platforms preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly
• Experience building workflows or integrations in automation tools like monday.com or Zapier is strongly preferred
• Interest in continuous improvement and tech-enabled legal operations
• Ability to manage multiple matters and coordinate across stakeholders
