Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst / Contract Manager for a part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the internal legal team to enhance operational processes and playbooks
• Support the implementation and optimization of Ironclad contract management systems
• Conduct reviews and analyses of contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in legal operations or contract administration
• Strong understanding of contract management tools, preferably Ironclad
• Familiarity with AI-driven legal technologies, such as Sandstone, is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to review and analyze contracts effectively
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
