Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform conflicts analysis for new hires, existing staff, and matters, escalating potential conflicts to management
• Administer and maintain data in legal operations systems, ensuring data integrity and effective system usage
• Build and maintain ethical screens and monitor compliance within legal systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in legal conflicts and matter databases preferred
• Understanding of legal conflicts and ethical rules is preferred
• Experience with front-end administration of legal systems, preferably Intapp or similar
• Strong professional ethics and discretion in handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
