A company is looking for a Legal Operations - Technology/Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements and identify pain points from legal business users
Translate requirements into technical user stories and success criteria for deployment
Manage the lifecycle of operations within Agile sprints and triage tickets

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Legal Technologies, specifically in BA or Program Manager roles
Expertise in CLM, particularly with Ironclad and related implementations
Hands-on experience with Legal AI tools for contract review and data extraction
Deep understanding of Salesforce integration points
Familiarity with various legal tech solutions such as SimpleLegal and DocuSign
