Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst to support legal and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain contract database with a focus on data entry accuracy and document integrity
• Manage the lifecycle of legal inquiries, providing guidance and support on contract interpretation and policy
• Prepare legal documents and respond to inquiries while building professional relationships across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a legal administrative role
• Knowledge of legal terminology and contract principles
• Fluency with common software/apps, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Capacity for limited domestic travel
