Legal Operations Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Legal Operations team, the full-time remote Legal Operations Solutions Analyst will manage legal technology platforms, streamline contract workflows, and oversee the SharePoint ecosystem while driving innovation through data insights and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with IT and legal teams to maintain and enhance legal technology platforms for efficiency
- Collaborate on managing contract lifecycle management tools and improve contract workflows
- Coordinate the Legal SharePoint environment, ensuring governance and document accessibility
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in legal operations or legal technology roles
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and legal tech tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools
- Experience and interest in integrating AI solutions into legal processes
