Job Summary
Supporting legal leaders in a dynamic and hybrid environment, the full-time Legal Operations Analyst will manage customer intelligence, develop tailored messaging for legal personas, and streamline operations for the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive customer intelligence and strategic communication materials for successful technical sales conversations
- Curate compelling content and messaging for the IAM platform, collaborating closely with the Marketing team
- Design and deploy automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency and showcase IAM capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required
- 5+ years of experience in operations, legal operations, or program management
- Experience in the legal technology industry and modern legal operations tools
- Proven ability to build and deploy digital agents or automated workflows
- Experience collaborating with senior legal executives and cross-functional teams
