Legal Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Legal Operations Analyst, the full-time hybrid role will manage legal operational process automation, support global legal and compliance initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
Key responsibilities
- Leverage technologies to implement, administer, and optimize legal operational programs and automated workflows
- Collaborate with internal business teams to identify opportunities for enhanced legal support and manage compliance-related materials
- Support the integration and management of automated and AI-assisted tools to enhance internal legal operations
Required qualifications
- Familiarity with process automation, workflow design, or business process improvement
- Strong technical, analytical, written, and communication skills
- Experience with MS 365, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Familiarity with generative AI capabilities, such as Claude and Harvey
- Understanding of existing and emerging regulatory frameworks, including data protection and AI governance
