Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Associate to manage the operational backbone of its legal department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline legal workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency
• Research, prepare, and submit state licensing applications and renewals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and provide guidance on legal initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in operations, corporate administration, or regulatory compliance
• Experience within legal operations or business operations preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• PMP or CIPP certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and take initiative
