Job Summary

To support the formation and maintenance of multiple venture capital firms, the remote Legal Operations Associate will manage fund paperwork, coordinate with legal partners on governance agreements, and oversee client accounts while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the formation and governance needs of general partners and their funds globally
• Coordinate with legal partners in preparing fund formation and governance agreements
• Help take ownership of fund client accounts and relationships

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in legal or fund operations, performing legal work
• Strong professional phone and videoconferencing persona
• High digital literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing business environment
• Detail-oriented and analytical nature, particularly with respect to legal agreements
