Acting as the primary architect of the legal tech stack, the full-time Legal Operations Automation Manager will manage automation initiatives, streamline workflows, and partner with legal counsel and IT to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct detailed observations and process-mapping to identify automation opportunities within the legal team
- Design and test automated workflows for various legal processes and create reusable templates to standardize operations
- Establish and monitor automation performance metrics to measure ROI and present insights to leadership
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in legal operations, systems engineering, or automation development
- Proven track record of designing and configuring workflow automations and integrations
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and an eagerness to evaluate technology solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English as a working language is required
