Legal Operations AVP

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of the Enterprise Data Governance & Lifecycle Risk Program and maintain governance dashboards
• Coordinate communications and maintain structured reporting for concurrent legal and governance projects
• Draft and update SOPs, policy documents, and ensure documentation is audit-ready

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training strongly preferred
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
• Working knowledge of data governance principles and privacy frameworks strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
