Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Consultant to support its legal team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy automated NDA workflows for self-service contracting
Assess current legal operations processes and identify opportunities for automation

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in legal operations, focusing on legal tech and process automation
Hands-on experience with CLM platforms, preferably Microsoft-based solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Power Automate
Experience in building self-service workflows, including NDA automation
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet defined timelines
