A company is looking for a Legal Operations & Strategy Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Translate emerging regulatory trends into actionable business executions across platforms
• Build and manage scalable regulatory compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions
• Design and implement innovative legal policies, processes, and AI-based solutions to enhance productivity

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in legal operations or related fields, with at least 3 years in legal department operations
• Proven experience in designing and implementing legal policies and compliance frameworks
• Strong project management skills with experience in regulatory compliance workstreams
• Strong technology aptitude and experience with legal technology tools
• Experience building and scaling contract and procurement processes
