Legal Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations and Contracts Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-manage legal request intake, develop legal processes, and enhance operational efficiency
• Assist with end-to-end contract lifecycle management and monitor vendor timelines
• Provide legal support to cross-functional teams and assist with M&A and legal diligence projects

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate, associate/bachelor's degree plus paralegal certification, or equivalent legal work experience
• 10+ years of paralegal or legal professional experience, ideally in both law firm and in-house settings
• Familiarity with privacy frameworks and experience managing privacy operations
• Hands-on experience with trademark and patent portfolio management
• Knowledge of U.S. advertising and marketing law with experience in reviewing marketing materials
