A company is looking for a Legal Operations & Systems Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect the legal technology stack and establish standards for scaling the legal function
• Drive deployment of AI tools to automate routine legal tasks, improving efficiency across the business
• Establish self-service workflows and maintain playbook libraries for business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in legal operations, law firm operations, or related fields
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including NDAs and MSAs
• Proficiency with AI and LLM tools for legal work
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing legal tech systems
• JD, paralegal certificate, or equivalent substantive legal experience
