Job Summary

Legal Operations Lead, a full-time position, is responsible for developing and implementing an AI-enabled legal operations strategy, optimizing legal technology and workflows, and driving data-driven projects to enhance the efficiency and impact of the legal department.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute Legal's operations strategy and build an AI-enabled operating model
• Evaluate and implement legal technology and automation tools to streamline operations
• Develop metrics and dashboards to measure Legal's business impact and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in legal operations, preferably in-house or in a high-growth technology environment
• Hands-on experience using AI in a professional setting, with a focus on designing and managing workflows
• Demonstrated experience in implementing legal technology solutions with measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of legal department operations and data literacy for metrics and performance analysis
• Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
