Legal Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the optimization of contracting systems, the full-time Legal Operations Lead will manage AI-enabled workflows, contract lifecycle management, and template governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and own workstreams for AI-enabled contracting tool implementation, including requirements documentation and testing coordination
• Administer and optimize the contract lifecycle management environment, focusing on workflow and repository configuration
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to document integration requirements and track implementation dependencies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, or systems implementation
• Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management and business systems administration
• Ability to translate legal and business requirements into technical workflows and implementation plans
• Strong project and change management skills in fast-moving environments
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Ironclad, Salesforce, or similar platforms
