Legal Operations Lead

Job Summary

Driving legal transformation, the full-time Legal Operations & Legal Tech Lead will redesign workflows, enhance legal tooling, and implement AI solutions to optimize service delivery within a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign legal workflows and improve intake, triage, and routing processes for efficiency at scale
• Evaluate and optimize legal technology, including CLM and AI tools, to enhance operational effectiveness
• Partner with legal leadership to structure work efficiently across teams and manage budgets and forecasting

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in legal operations or legal transformation within a tech, SaaS, or fintech environment
• Proven track record of implementing effective tooling and workflows rather than merely administering existing processes
• Hands-on experience with CLM implementation and optimization in a scaling in-house environment
• Experience applying AI to workflow design and service delivery
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and shape priorities collaboratively
