Legal Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing global legal team, the full-time remote Legal Operations & Solutions Lead will partner with legal teams to identify improvement opportunities, lead operational and technology initiatives, and enhance processes and systems for more effective legal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in legal workflows and implement solutions to improve team effectiveness
• Lead operational initiatives from conception to adoption, ensuring sustainable change and measurable results
• Develop reporting and metrics to assist legal leadership in making informed decisions and identifying improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solving complex operational challenges and designing scalable solutions
• Proven track record of leading operational improvements and managing complex initiatives
• Experience in defining metrics and developing reporting frameworks for operational performance
• Familiarity with technology, automation, and AI in a business context
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to build trust across teams
