Job Summary
As a key member of the Legal team, the full-time remote Legal Operations Lead will design and build AI-assisted legal operations workflows, collaborate on major company initiatives, and oversee daily legal department operations to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-assisted legal operations workflows to automate tasks and improve legal knowledge management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the legal aspects of significant company projects
- Oversee daily operations of the legal department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Operations or Project Management within a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Hands-on experience using AI in a professional setting, particularly in Legal and Healthcare contexts
- Proven ability to build and implement Operations workflows, including evaluating AI tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence for effective stakeholder engagement
